Meet Dr. Natalie Lopez, DC
I help people heal after injury, get back into the activities they love, and move well again.
Postpartum moms. Jaw pain. Sports injuries. If something is keeping you from doing what you love, I can help. Serving Mississauga and Oakville.
Tip Top Health is located in Oakville near the Mississauga border. Dr. Natalie Lopez sees patients from Oakville, Mississauga, and surrounding communities.
I didn't grow up knowing I would become a chiropractor.
I was curious about the body, which led me to kinesiology at Lakehead University. While I was there, something unexpected happened: I started paying attention to my own health. Better eating. More vegetables. Exercise. The better I took care of myself, the better I felt.
That curiosity about how the body works — and how to help it work better — is what brought me to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. While in school, I worked as an anatomy tutor and lab supervisor, teaching anatomy to other students while deepening my own understanding of how the body moves and heals.
The result: a chiropractor who treats patients the way I approach my own health — with patience, consistency, and a focus on what actually moves the needle.
Mississauga & Oakville
I treat each patient as an individual, not a chart.
My sessions are more comprehensive than most. I use the full hour to assess, treat, and teach you what is going on — so you leave with both relief and a plan.

Built on a clinical foundation, kept current by curiosity.
I graduated from CMCC in 2017 with my Doctor of Chiropractic and a clinical foundation built across five different clinics before opening Tip Top Health.
I bring depth of experience from a range of settings — sports clinics, rehabilitation centres, and hospital-adjacent care — before settling into my own practice serving Mississauga and Oakville.
Additional Training & Certifications
I am not a textbook practitioner.
I believe the small stuff matters: better movement, better eating, better sleep, better energy. The work in the clinic is only part of the picture.
On a personal note: I experiment with smoothies and recipes in the kitchen, do pilates and strength training, run, and read more than I probably should. I'm also a big dog lover.
