Initial Visit: We’ll discuss your current stage in pregnancy or postpartum recovery, and review your birth plan. I’ll also ensure you’re working with a pelvic floor physiotherapist for co-managed care.

Treatment: You’ll receive soft tissue and joint manual therapy to relieve tension in areas like the upper back and pelvis, reducing stress on your body.

Follow-Up Visits: Your ongoing care will include hands-on treatments customized based on our initial assessment, ensuring your recovery is as smooth and comfortable as possible.
