The Tip Top Health Process for Women Going Through Motherhood
For Soon-to-Be Mama’s
While you’re going through pregnancy, it’s important for you to make decisions that will keep you and your baby safe. So maybe you’ve been wondering if it’s safe to see a chiropractor while you’re pregnant…
My answer: Absolutely!
Working with a chiropractor while pregnant is safe and can help decrease the aches and pain that you’re experiencing as your body changes. As a modern chiropractor, I have advanced training in treating moms during pregnancy and postpartum. So I’ll be sure you’re comfortable and feel good before, during, and after your visit!
Working with a chiropractor while you’re pregnant can also help reduce complications that may happen during birth. During the last few weeks of your pregnancy, you may experience tension and limitations in your pelvis – which doesn’t make delivery any easier.
By working with a chiropractor, treatments will help reduce any muscle and joint tension. This can make it easier for your baby to get into that ideal delivery position (head down).
